The price includes bed linens and towels with a weekly change, electricity , heating , water and final cleaning. It is not included the kitchen and the fridge cleaning: they must be left clean and in order by the guests; otherwise we must apply an additional EUR 50,00 fee.

New Year and the period of August 15: minimum 1 week stay.

In the other periods, minimum 2-3 nights stay.

Deposit: in accordance with the period, your request will be confirmed by deposit equal to 30% of the sum of your entire stay, to be made via bank transfer or postal money order. In case of cancellation of the reservation at least 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit will be returned; if this term is passed, the deposit will not be returned.

Credit cards: the apartment doesn’t accept credit cards payments.
